1. No Returns Due to Hygiene Reasons
At Foam & Fizz, we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist you efficiently, we request that you provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
